Add the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl.
Knead the mixture with your hands until completely combined.
Fill 8 sections of a well greased muffin tin with the meat mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with the shredded cheese, bacon pieces and a slice of jalapeno.
Bake another 5 minutes and serve.
