1 Β½lbs.Boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
2Tbsp.Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Β½tsp.Garlic powder
ΒΌC.Sugar free honey
2Tbsp.Soy sauce
1Tbsp.Apple cider vinegar
6Tbsp.Butter melted
Instructions
Place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Add the chicken to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute until the chicken is cooked through, and remove any excess oil.
In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken, and reduce the heat to medium.
Saute until the sauce has thickened.
Serve immediately.
