Ingredients
  

  • 16oz Sour Cream
  • 10oz RoTel
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • Tortilla Chips (Dunking)
  • Green Onion (Garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Combine sour cream, cheese, RoTel, and taco seasoning in bowl
  • Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with green onions

Notes

Store covered in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for lighter version. For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce. Best served at room temperature.
