🦃 Easy Turkey Cookie Treats for Thanksgiving Fun

Posted: November 14, 2025

Share the inspiration:

These adorable Turkey Treats are the perfect no-bake Thanksgiving dessert that kids and adults will love! Using simple store-bought cookies and candy, you can create these cute turkey cookies in just 10 minutes. I love how easy these are to make with the kids – they’ll have so much fun decorating their own little turkeys with candy corn feathers and googly eyes. Perfect for Thanksgiving parties, classroom treats, or just adding some festive fun to your holiday table.

The best part about these turkey treats is that they require no baking and use ingredients you can easily find at any grocery store. Moon Pies and Milano cookies create the perfect base, while candy corn makes beautiful feathers and Mike and Ikes add the perfect finishing touch for the beak and wattle.

Everything you need for these adorable turkey treats!

How To Make Turkey Treats

Step 1. Start by gathering all your ingredients on a clean work surface – this makes assembly so much easier! I like to open the peanut butter jar and have a small spoon or knife ready for spreading. The peanut butter acts as our edible glue, so make sure it’s at room temperature for easy spreading.

Step 2. Now comes the fun part – creating those beautiful turkey feathers! I love arranging the candy corn pieces around the Milano cookie in a fan pattern, using small dabs of peanut butter to secure each piece. Take your time with this step as it really makes the turkeys look amazing.

Step 3. Time to bring your turkeys to life by adding the candy eyes! I find it easiest to place a tiny dot of peanut butter on the back of each eye before pressing them onto the cookie. The googly eyes instantly transform these treats from simple cookies to adorable turkey characters.

Step 4. The final touches really make these turkeys shine! I attach the candy corn beak first, then add the red Mike and Ike for the wattle (that’s the red dangly part under a turkey’s beak). These little details make all the difference and will have everyone smiling when they see these cute treats.
