Keto Cookies and Cream Fat Bombs
Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners
Add heavy whipping cream to mixer and whip until peaks form
Fold in Peanut Butter – Make sure you use creamy Peanut Butter with
nothing added
Drop mixture into muffin tins (I dropped 1 1/2 TBSP into each)
Place in freezer
In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips.
Microwave chocolate chips on 20 second increments until fully melted
Remove fat bombs from freezer
Drizzle chocolate over the top of each fat bomb
Place back in freezer for 1 to 2 hours
Store in air tight container in freezer

- 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter (Nothing Added – this is the brand I use)
- 1/2 Cup Lilys Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Line muffin tin with cupcake wrappers
- Add heavy whipping cream to mixer and whip until peaks form
- Fold in Peanut Butter
- Drop mixture into muffin tins (I dropped 1 1/2 TBSP into each)
