How To Make Vegan Keto Strawberry Popsicles
Cut approximately 5-6 strawberries and cut them into thin slices to decorate the Popsicle molds.
Cut the rest of the strawberries into halves or quarters, put them in the blender and blend until a strawberry puree
add the coconut cream and sweetener and beat one more minute.
Place the slices of strawberries in the Popsicle molds, try to stick them to the edges, this will give the Popsicle or strawberry ice cream a fun touch with pieces of fruit on side.
Pour the contents of the blender in Popsicle molds – you can use small disposable plastic or paper cups if you don’t have molds – and add the Popsicle sticks. If you are using the small cups, you can cover them with aluminum foil and insert the stick through the aluminum foil to hold them in place. Or let the Popsicles freeze for about 1 hour and then add the sticks.
Put the strawberry Popsicle in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until they are completely frozen. To make it easier to remove them from molds, you can be immerse in warm water for about 10-20 seconds.
