How to make keto peanut butter fat bombs
Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and blend until completely combined.
Coconut flour
Scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
Low carb peanut or other nut butter – this is the one I like
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 square baking dish, and use your hands or a spatula to smooth it into a single even layer.
Place the baking dish into the freezer to chill for a minimum of 3 hours, but overnight is better.
At this point, you will be able to slice your bars into 12 equal servings (see below recipe notes) and remove them from the baking dish.
The texture of these bars will soften quickly when out of the freezer
so it is best to eat them immediately when taken out. Store any uneaten bars in an airtight container in the freezer.
