How to make keto chocolate cookies
Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl add the granulated stevia and cocoa powder and whisk.
Add egg followed by tahini butter. Stir until homogenous.
Fold chocolate chips into the dough.
With your hand or a cookie scoop make 7 small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Flatten them with your hands.
Bake for 10 minutes, remove them from the oven and let them cool off for 5 minutes before removing it from the sheet.
