How To Make Keto Fudge Stripes Cookies
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl.
Blend into a dough.
Wrap in parchment and chill for at least an hour.
Take the dough out and flatten to about a quarter inch thick in between sheets of parchment.
Cut circles with a cookie cutter
and punch holes in the center with a pastry tip.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 11-14 minutes at 350F.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on a double boiler.
Take each cookie and dip one side into the melted chocolate.
Chill for 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
Take out of the refrigerator.
Flip and drizzle stripes of chocolate on the other side.
Chill again until chocolate is completely set.
Serve

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Almond Flour
- 1.5 tablespoon Melted Butter
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar-Free Syrup
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 ounce Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl. Blend into a dough. Wrap in parchment and chill for at least an hour.
