How to make keto snowball cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients
except for ⅓ cup of the Swerve confectioners sugar substitute.
Blend on high until a thick dough is formed.
Place the dough into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into 24 equal balls, and bake for 10-12 minutes until browned.
Let the cookies cool, and then roll in the remaining ⅓ cup of Swerve confectioners sugar substitute while still slightly warm to coat.
Serve
