This isn’t your classic mojito it’s a truly refreshing bubblegum mojito.
So grab your glass and get ready for this cocktail. Pour over ice and serve
on the rocks.
In a small bottle or mason jar, add 6 pieces of bubblegum
4-5 pieces of fresh mint
1/2 cup homemade simple syrup.
Muddle the mint leaves and close.
Add rum, bubblegum mint simple syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker
filled with ice and shake vigorously. If you would like a more vibrant pink color
to your drink, add 1-2 drops of pink food coloring.
On a small plate, add corn syrup and to another small plate, add the colored
sugar. Rim top of glass in each.
In a 10-ounce glass, add half of your mixture from the shaker and 2-3 mint leaves.
Muddle well. Add ice and 3-4 ounces of the soda water.
If desired, add a few pieces of bubblegum to a cocktail skewer to garnish.
Bubblegum Mojito
Ingredients
- 3 ounce homemade *bubblegum mint infused simple syrup
- 3 ounce rum
- 3 ounce fresh lime juice
- 6 ounce carbonated soda water
- 10 pieces bubble gum, divided
- Fresh mint
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- Pink colored sugar
- Cocktail skewers
- Muddler
Instructions
- In a small bottle or mason jar, add 6 pieces of bubblegum, 4-5 pieces of fresh mint and 1/2 cup homemade simple syrup. Muddle the mint leaves and close. After 2-3 days, muddle again, and strain into a clean container.
- Add rum, bubblegum mint simple syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. If you would like a more vibrant pink color to your drink, add 1-2 drops of pink food coloring.
- On a small plate, add corn syrup and to another small plate, add the colored sugar. Rim top of glass in each.

- if desired, add a few pieces of bubblegum to a cocktail skewer to garnish.*to make simple syrup, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, turn down heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
