How to Make Pomegranate Champagne Mimosa
In a mixing jar, combine pomegranate juice and orange liqueur.
Shake a little so that both liquids are integrated.
Put the fresh pomegranate on a cutting board, open it in half with a knife, and then break it up.
Extract the seeds.
Place a generous tablespoon of pomegranate seeds in the bottom of each glass.
Fill the glasses up to a third of their height with the mixture of pomegranate juice and orange liqueur.
When the cocktail is about to be served, fill the remaining space in the glasses with pink

Ingredients
- 8 Oz pomegranate juice from concentrate, 1 cup
- 4 Oz of orange liqueur Cointreau type, ½ cup
- 1 bottle of rosé sparkling wine 750 ml
- 1 fresh pomegranate
- Sprigs of rosemary to decorate
Instructions
- In a mixing jar, combine pomegranate juice and orange liqueur. Shake a little so that both liquids are integrated.
