Add powdered sugar, crunchy Peanut Butter, salted butter and vanilla extract in a large
mixing bowl. On low setting on a beater mix ingredients. Once the mixture is completely
blended, add ¼ cup of chopped peanut M & M’s. Stir to combine. Form 1 inch balls
of the mixture with your hands. Place Peanut Butter balls in the freezer to firm up.
Melt semi sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler. Or microwave on 15 second
increments in a microwave safe bowl.
Dip frozen Peanut Butter balls into chocolate. Use a fork to remove and let the excess
chocolate to drip off into the double boiler.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper place dipped Peanut Butter balls .
While the chocolate is still wet sprinkle chopped peanut M & M’s onto the peanut
butter balls.
