Super simple and delicious…and I am not even keto. I did make one change though. These soak up WAY WAY WAY too much oil. So I pulled out my mini waffle iron and donut maker and cooked them in that. They came out wonderful and I will be making them again tonight. I also plan to add some apple extract to them & the glaze to make them actually taste apple-ey since they don’t really have that flavor at all. But, still a very yummy recipe!
