    Wonderful recipe. Fast, easy, very little clean up. A real treat when heated with butter! A bit confused as to how the net carbs are calculated. Seems like it would be more. Still, highly recommend! I’ve made them at least 8 times without issue,

    How can these be 2.7 net carbs? Carb manager has them at 11 so now I have 8 muffins I can’t eat

      I am not the owner of this site but here is How To Calculate Net Carbs
      Total Carbs – Fiber – Sugar Alcohol

      So 12 – 1.3 = 10.7 – 8.0 = 2.7net carbs

      There you go

      Oh and by the way I make these all these time for my family and even no keto people and they love them.

    What cause blueberries sink at the bottom after finished baking.
    Should I use frozen blueberries instead of fresh blueberries?
