Keto Bagels – Low Carb Everything Bagels

These everything bagels are so delicious and make a great bread alternative.
Perfect low carb breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grab some keto essential ingredients
and learn how to make Keto Everything Bagels
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave
for 1 minute. Stir completely, and then microwave at 30 second intervals until
the cheese is completely melted and combined.
Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl, and add in the almond flour,
psyllium husk powder, baking powder, 2 eggs and the garlic powder. You
can also add in a pinch of salt at this point if you like.
Mix the ingredients well with a bread hook attachment if you have one. If not,
a regular mixing attachment will work.
Divide the dough into 10 equal sections, and roll each one into a thick
log about 6 inches long. Form each dough log into a circle with a hole in
the center (the shape of a bagel.)
Place the dough bagel shapes onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Whisk the last egg in a small bowl, and brush it onto the top of each bagel
as an egg wash.
Top each bagel with the Everything by the Bagel seasoning.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

I made these today! WOW! Even the hubby liked them. However, I used the Keto Cinnamon Sugar Bagels Recipe and used Everything Bagel seasoning instead of the cinnamon and sugar. I have a neat little donut pan that worked just great with making a little smaller bagels.
