How To Make Keto Chaffle 3 Musketeers
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
Add the mozzarella cheese
and 1 oz cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well combined.
Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl.
Place the rest of the ingredients for the chaffle
into the mixing bowl
with the cheese mixture
and blend on high
until well combined.
Put ⅓ of the chaffle mixture into the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-4 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat step 5 with the remaining ⅔ of the chaffle mixture until you have made 3 chaffles.
Add the ingredients for the filling
to a mixing bowl
and blend on high
until smooth and creamy.
Place a chaffle down on a plate, and add ½ of the filling mixture to the top of it.
Put another chaffle on top of the filling you place on the first, and create another layer of filling on top of it.
Place the final chaffle on top, and serve.
You can add additional toppings such as sugar free whipped cream or Lily’s baking chips if desired.

Ingredients
For the chaffle:
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 ounce Cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon Almond flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 large Egg
For the 3 musketeer filling:
- 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 3 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Optional toppings:
- 2 tablespoon No sugar whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon Lily’s baking chips
Instructions
