In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon crushed pecans
  • Butter
  • Sugar free syrup optional
