Preheat a mini waffle maker.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together
Blend all ingredients well
Place half of the mixture into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until done to your liking.
Remove the first chaffle, and add in the second half of the batter. Cook the second chaffle for 3-5 minutes until done.
Top the chaffle with sugar free whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon if desired.
