In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together

Keto Chaffle Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond flour
  • 1 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Place half of the mixture into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until done to your liking.
  4. Remove the first chaffle, and add in the second half of the batter. Cook the second chaffle for 3-5 minutes until done.
  5. Top the chaffle with sugar free whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon if desired.
