How To Make Keto Twix Candy Chaffle
Preheat the mini waffle maker.
Place the ingredients for the chaffles into a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Add ¼ of the chaffle batter to the waffle maker and cook for 2-4 minutes until done to your liking.
Remove, and repeat this step 3 more times to make a total of four chaffles.
Beat together the ingredients for the filling until smooth.
Spread the filling over three of the chaffles
and stack them on top of each other, adding a bit of the caramel sauce to each layer.
Place the final chaffle on top of the stack.
Heat the baking chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl until completely melted.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the chaffles and serve.

For the chaffles:
- 1 C. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
For the filling:
- 5 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ½ C. Almond flour
- ¼ C. Swerve confectioner sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar free caramel sauce
For the chocolate drizzle:
- 3 Tbsp. Lily’s baking chips
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
Instructions
