Keto 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients
except for the white chocolate chips
and macadamia nuts.
Blend on high until well combined.
Stir in the macadamia nuts
Place tablespoonfuls of the batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Do not overcook because of the keto chocolate chips.
If the cookies seem to be too soft once cooled, you can place them into the freezer for a bit to crisp them up.

- 1 ½ C. Almond flour
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- ½ tsp. Baking soda
- ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ C. Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- ⅔ C. Bake Believe white chocolate chips
- ⅔ C. Macadamia nut halves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
