How To Make Keto Instant Pot Creme Brulee
Mix together the egg yolks, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
and heavy whipping cream
until thick, frothy and well blended.
Pour the mixture into 3 ramekins, and cover loosely with tin foil.
Place a trivet into the bottom of the Instant Pot, and pour in 1 cup of water.
Put the covered ramekins on top of the trivet, and close the lid of the Instant Pot.
Make sure the release valve is set to sealing, and set the Instant Pot to manual for 9 minutes.
When the time is up, allow the Instant Pot to sit and slow release for 15 minutes.
Move the release valve to the venting position to relieve any additional pressure.
Carefully remove the ramekins from the Instant Pot, and take off the tin foil.
Place a thin layer of Swerve brown sugar substitute on top of each creme brulee, and use a kitchen torch to melt the sugar on top of the creme brulee.

- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
