How To Make Keto Cheesecake In Jar
Divide the almond flour into equal parts and put it in the bottom of the dessert containers. It is ideal to use a slightly coarse almond flour. If you have a coffee grinder at home, you can grind toasted almonds without shell that are ideal for this dessert.
In a mixing bowl, add the coconut cream, cream cheese and sweetener. Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture. If you’re in a hurry, I suggest you use an electric hand mixer.
Place the mixture in the two containers, ensuring that both have the same amount.
Finally, place some chocolate chips in a microwave safe container and microwave for 5 seconds. Remove and stir with a spoon, if not yet fully melted repeat the procedure. If you want a more fluid mixture, you can add a teaspoon of oil.
When the chocolate is melted, place a small spoon in it until the mixture drips forming thin threads.
I prefer to refrigerate this dessert about 15 minutes before eating it to enjoy it very cold.
