Heat the butter at low heat in a pot until melted.


Add the Stevia and vanilla extract, and cook for about 2 minutes more or until Stevia caramelizes.




Remove from heat, pour in the pecans and cover them completely.

Place them over foil and let them sit for at least one hour.
