Beat together butter, vanilla, and sugar free maple syrup in a bowl.
Blend in almond flour and chocolate chips.
Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
With a heart-shaped cookie cutter, shape the dough over a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Freeze until fully set.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the microwave.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir until fully melted.
Take cookie dough hearts out of the freezer and dip in the melted chocolate to coat.
Set on parchment and freeze until chocolate is fully set.
