How To Make Keto Air Fryer Fish Sticks
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Place the almond flour in one shallow bowl or plate, the crushed pork rind crumbs in another, and the beaten egg into a third.
Cut the tilapia or other white fish fillets into fish stick shapes.
Season the fish sticks with the Old Bay seasoning as well as salt and pepper to taste.
Dip the fish sticks first into the almond flour
then into the egg and finally, dredge them in the pork rind crumbs.
Place the coated fish sticks into the heated air fryer
and cook for 12-15 minutes until browned
crispy and completely cooked through.
Serve with or without dipping sauce
