How to make keto granola
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Mix the pecans
and pumpkin pie spice together well in a bowl until well combined.
Add the egg white
melted butter and vanilla extract to the bowl with the other ingredients, and toss until coated well.
Place the granola mixture on a well greased or parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the granola for 25 minutes until browned and toasted.
Let the granola cool to room temperature before serving or storing in an airtight container in the fridge.

- 1 C. Chopped pecans
- ¾ C. Sliced almonds
- ½ C. Unsalted pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ C. Raw unshelled sunflower seeds
- ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ C. Butter melted
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
