Whisk together all ingredients for the bread base in a bowl
& transfer to microwave-safe dish.
Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
Take out of the microwave and leave to cool slightly.
Unmold the bread and slice in half.
Top one half with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices. Put other half on top and press slightly.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
Toast bread until brown on both sides.
Cut into sticks
and serve hot with sugar-free marinara on the side.

For the Bread Base:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
For the Filling:
- ¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/3 cup Sliced Pepperoni
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Marinara Sauce
For Frying:
- 2 tbsp Butter
