Hi! These look delicious! My daughter is allergic to many tree bits and almond is one of them. She is not, however, allergic to coconut. Can I use ALL coconut flour instead of 1/2 almond and 1/2 coconut so she can also eat these too? Thank you!
Alice Blodgett says
I meant to type “tree nuts” not “ tree bits”
Mimi says
Coconut flour soaks up too much liquid to use all. Can she have sunflower seeds? If so, you should be able to sub sunflower seed flour for almond flour. Just put the seeds in a grinder and pulse until you have a flour. Too much blending will result in sunflower seed butter tho!
Brenda says
If I do not like coconut flour can I just add more Almond flour
Ashley says
I was wondering the same. I did not care for the coconut taste at all.

Is there a way to make this in the oven? I don’t use the microwave. It looks fantastic! Thanks!
