Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Lay baking parchment paper on a baking tray
Cut the tomatoes in half. Put the garlic between tomatoes. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and drizzle oil.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Transfer tomatoes in a pan, add olive oil, freshly ground pepper to the sauce. Peel baked garlic and add to the pan.
Bring to boil and blend until smooth
Store it in the refrigerator or in the freezer

- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp dried herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary)
