In a small mixing bowl add all the ingredients and whisk until
well combined except chocolate chips.
Fold in chocolate chips

Microwave for 3 minutes, check the cake, it should be soft but not wet.
If it is wet microwave for another 30 seconds. (it is very important to avoid
overcooking since it may become dry).

- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp stevia extract powder

*Nut butter may be replaced for another nut butter as long as it doesn’t have any added ingredients.
*Stevia may also be replaced for your preferreds stevia or artificial sweetener.
*Cooking time in the microwave are variable depending on their watts, it is better to undercook the cake and add more time than to overcook it.
