How To Make Keto Cinnamon Sugar Coated Pecans
Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
In bowl crack egg and only use egg white
Cover the pecans in the egg white.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour in the pecans covered in egg white – removing the excess – you can do this by letting each pecan drip completely before placing them in the sugar mixture.
Mix until all pecans are completely covered.
Place the pecans over a greased baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let them sit for 2 hours.

- 1 Egg White
- 2 tbsp. Stevia
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
