- 1 tbsp. Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Place Stevia and butter in a pot, bring it to medium heat and let it melt.
- Once it melts (not completely dissolved, we want the texture from the Stevia), pour in the pecans and coat them fully.
- Place the pecans over baking paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate until serving.

What kind of stevia are you using? Is it a blend? I use a non granulated, powder form; its a pure extract that is only stevia, and is pretty pricy at less than one ounce. The serving size is only 1/8 tsp. Please let me know as I would LOVE to make every single one of your caramel recipes!! Thanks in advance!
