How to make keto toffee bars
Line a 9”x9” baking pan with parchment, leaving overhangs by the sides for easy removal.
Combine butter, erythritol, and salt in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat
until temperature reaches 285F.
Pour in the prepared pan.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler
then pour over the caramel.
Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
Leave to cool to room temperature then chill for at least 2 hours.
Pull out of the pan and break into serving pieces.
