How To Make Easy Breakfast Burrito
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chorizo mince and stir until fully cooked. Set aside.
Fry the eggs in the same pan. Set aside.
Warm tortillas in a non-stick skillet.
Take each tortilla and fill with mozzarella, chorizo,
cooked eggs, tomatoes, onions, and scallions.
Roll the burritos then toast on a non-stick pan.

- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Diced White Onions
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 4 oz Mozzarella shredded
- 2 tbsp Chopped Scallions
- 4 pcs Flour Tortilla
Instructions
