How To Make Fruity Pebbles French Toast Roll Ups
Add all ingredients for the French toast
(except for bread) to a mixing bowl
and whisk together.
Pour mixture into a shallow dish.
Spray a medium-large skillet with olive oil and place over medium heat.
Dip one side of bread into mixture, and flip to coat other side.
Add coated bread to hot skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook an additional 3 minutes or until both sides are golden brown.
While French Toast is cooking, whisk together filling ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove French Toast from skillet and set aside on a plate.
Brush filling ingredients onto top of French Toast.
Starting at one end, roll French Toast and pinch at the seam to hold together.
Whisk powdered sugar and Fruit Pebbles creamer together
and drizzle over rolled French Toast roll-ups.
Sprinkle with Fruity Pebbles.

For the French Toast:
- 4 slices white bread crusts trimmed off
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Fruity Pebbles creamer
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter melted
For the Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 tbsp Fruity Pebbles creamer
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Glaze:
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Fruity Pebbles creamer
- Fruity Pebbles
Instructions
