How to Make Keto Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cream cheese and 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese into a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 seconds intervals until completely melted and combined.
Add the cheese dough to a mixing bowl
with the remaining crust ingredients,
and blend until a smooth dough has formed.
Place the dough onto a parchment lined baking pan, and wet your hands slightly.
Spread the dough out into a circular pizza dough shape.
Bake the pizza dough for 15 minutes.
While the dough is baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic to the melted butter, and saute for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and cook until the mixture has thickened.
Mix in the Parmesan cheese, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Let the sauce cool a bit.
Spread the alfredo sauce over the pizza crust.
Top with the chicken and
1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Large egg
- 1 C. Almond flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
For the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the toppings:
- 1 C. Shredded chicken
- 1 C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
- Chopped parsley for garnish
