How to Make Keto Loaded Cauliflower Rice Balls
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients except for the pork rinds to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
Put cauliflower rice into a bowl.
Add garlic powder.
Add parmesan cheese.
Add shredded cheese.
Add bacon.
Add green onion.
Add butter.
Add cream cheese.
Add egg to mixture.
Spread the pork rind crumbs out over a large plate or shallow bowl.
Form the cauliflower mixture into 17 evenly sized balls.
Roll the balls into the pork rinds to coat them on all sides.
Place the cauliflower balls into a tray or basket in the air fryer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.

- 3 C. Cauliflower rice cooked and drained well
- 1 Tbsp. Butter softened
- ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- ⅓ C. Bacon crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Green onions chopped
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 C. Crushed pork rind crumbs
- 1 Large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Add all of the ingredients except for the pork rinds to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
- Spread the pork rind crumbs out over a large plate or shallow bowl.
- Form the cauliflower mixture into 17 evenly sized balls.
- Roll the balls into the pork rinds to coat them on all sides.
- Place the cauliflower balls into a tray or basket in the air fryer, and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
