How to Make Keto Mummy Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9×9 baking dish well.
Prepare the boxed brownie mix according to the box’s instructions.
Place the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Cool the brownies completely.
Blend together the butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth.

Add in almond milk as needed until the icing is a consistency you desire.
Cut the brownies into 12 rectangles.
Place the icing into a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner cut off, and pipe the icing onto the front of the brownies to form the mummy’s wrappings.
Add two upside down keto chocolate chips to the front of each brownie to form the Mummy’s eyes.
Continue to decorate all brownies and place on a decorative tray.

- 1 Box Keto Friendly Duncan Heinz Chewy Brownie Mix prepared according to the box instructions
- 24 Keto friendly chocolate chips
- 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 3 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 1 ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp. Unsweetened almond milk as needed
