How to Make Keto Mummy Dogs
Place the mozzarella and cream cheese into a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat the cheese at 30 seconds intervals until completely melted and combined.
Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl.
Blend the cheese with the almonds flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, egg, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to taste.
Place the dough into the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Roll the dough out to about ¼ of an inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut long thin strips from the dough.
Form the dough around the hot dogs in strips, starting at the top and working your way down, and then back up to resemble a mummy.
Place the mummy dogs on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
Create eyes for the mummies using ketchup or mayonnaise if desired.
