- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 cup diced Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp shredded parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 14 oz Palmini Linguine noodles
- Fresh Parsley and shredded parmesan for garnish
