How To Make Instant Pot Cinnamon Rolls
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Stir in milk and melted butter until a sticky dough forms.
Add more flour until dough is just dry enough to handle.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead into a smooth ball.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle.
Brush the dough with butter
mix together ingredients for sugar cinnamon filling
and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
Roll the dough on the long end, forming a log.
Cut the log into 6 pieces.
Arrange the rolls in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Brush the tops with remaining butter.

Set baking dish on top of the trivet then cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally.
Whisk all ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
