How To Make Keto 3 Ingredient Pulled Pork Chaffle Sandwich
Place the pork tenderloin into the Instant Pot
along with a can of diet or sugar free root beer and salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Close the lid, set the dial to βsealingβ and cook on manual for 45 minutes followed by a 10-15 minute natural release.
Drain the meat, shred with two forks and mix with β cup of sugar free bbq sauce.
(if you don’t have premade chaffles – I make ahead and freeze)
Preheat the mini waffle maker.
Mix together the cheddar cheese and eggs in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Stir in the garlic powder.
Place β of the mixture into the heated waffle maker and cook to your liking.
Remove, and repeat this step 7 more times to make 8 chaffles total.
Add ΒΌ of the pork to the top of 4 chaffles.
Place an additional chaffle on the top of each one to form buns.
Serve topped with freshly chopped green onions for garnish if desired.

- ΒΌ tsp. Garlic powder
