How to make keto chocolate almond bark
Place the coconut oil
and Lily’s baking chips into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat the mixture for 30 second intervals until completely melted and well combined.
Whisk the Swerve sweetener
and cocoa powder into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle the roughly chopped almonds over the chocolate mixture on the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet into the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours.
Break the hardened bark into pieces, and serve.

- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
