How To Make Keto Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bars
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine the ingredients for the crust
until well combined.
Press the crust mixture into a flat even layer in the bottom of a well greased 9×9 baking dish.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven.
Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake
on high
until smooth and creamy.
Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the pre-baked crust.
Mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon sugar swirl, and sprinkle it over the top of the cheesecake mixture in the baking dish.
Use a knife or fork to swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture lightly into the cheesecake batter.
Bake the cheesecake for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned, the edges are fairly solid and the center is still slightly tender.
Let the cheesecake bars cool to room temperature and then chill for 2-3 hours before cutting and serving.

- ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
For the cinnamon sugar swirl:
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
