Yummy and delicious keto chili – made with beef or you can make with ground turkey.
With simple ingredients you can have a quick and easy weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.
This is a 1 pot chili recipe on the stove so it makes it a super meal to clean up!
I love this low carb recipe with meat, cheese and seasonings that bring all the flavors together.
When I make this chili – I pair it with my keto cornbread – cuz I love low carb chili and cornbread!
This makes a great meal for the week as you can prep ahead of time or would also make great party food too.

Keto Chili β BEST Low Carb Chili Recipe {Easy Simple Ingredient Meal} Stovetop Chili
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over low heat. Add the crushed garlic cloves and let them cook for a couple of minutes. Do not allow to brown.
Add the onions and red pepper, mix with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
Once this is done, add the tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes. Integrate with the rest of the ingredients and cook another 10 minutes.
When all the vegetables have been cooked, add the spices: cayenne pepper, cumin and ground paprika, and a little cilantro. Mix all the ingredients and let cook one more minute.
Add the hamburger. Season with salt and pepper, crumble the meat with the same wooden spoon, you must avoid large pieces. At the same time, integrate with the rest of the ingredients.
Let the meat cook until it loses its pink color.
Then add beef broth (You can add more or less broth depending on your taste) and cook over medium heat for about 30 to 40 minutes; finally, add tomato paste and stir.
Serve chili with sour cream or grated cheese.

- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil.
- 2 Cloves of garlic.
- 1 Small onion, finely chopped.
- Β½ Red pepper, finely chopped.
- 3 Tomatoes, diced.
- 1 Tablespoon keto tomato paste.
- 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- 1 Teaspoon ground paprika.
- 1 Teaspoon cumin.
- Β½ Teaspoon pepper.
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro.
- 2 Cups beef broth.
- Salt to taste.
Garnish (Optional).
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream.
- Cheese
