How to make keto chocolate cake
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Melt the butter and baking chips together in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and well blended.
Combine the eggs
egg white, sugar
and flour together in a mixing bowl
and blend on high until thick and frothy.
Slowly add the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture
and beat on high for several minutes until a mousse-like texture is achieved.
Fill 4 greased ramekins with the batter, and bake for 12 minutes until cooked, but still soft and melty in the middle.
You can bake the mixture for 10 minutes for a more liquid melted center, or 13-15 minutes for a more solid cake-like texture.

- ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 5 Tbsp. Almond flour
