How To Make Keto Sheet Pan Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine all of the ingredients for the cinnamon rolls
minus the granulated sweetener and the cinnamon.
Blend on high until smooth.
Place the batter on a well greased 9×13 baking sheet in an even layer.
Mix together the granulated sweetener and the cinnamon, and sprinkle over the top of the cinnamon roll batter on the sheet pan.
Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture into the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned around the edges and cooked through.
Let the cinnamon rolls cool.
Add the ingredients for the icing
to a mixing bowl
and beat on high
until well blended and smooth.
Spread the icing in an even layer over the cinnamon rolls

For the icing:
- 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Instructions
