Ingredients
  

For the chaffles:

  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoon Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

For the icing:

  • 2 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are completely melted and well combined.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp of Swerve confectioners sugar substitute to the cheese mixture, and knead it with your hands until combined.
  • Place the dough into a mixing bowl and combine it with the egg. Beat on high until smooth.

    It’s absolutely delicious. It’s a wonderful treat to eat without regrets. I made one big waffle with the recipe.

    I added sugar free chocolate chips. I’ll add more cinnamon next time.

    The icing was too sweet for my taste. I added more cream and it was perfect.
